How to do the things you’ll do most.
Ten short guides to the cockpit, each with the steps and where to find things. They describe Jouli as it works today. Where something isn’t switched on yet, the guide says so.
Set up your company
Sign in, then fill in your company and bank details, licences, contract terms and how your proposals look and are sent.
Add your products and prices
Add products to your catalogue, set margins and install costs, update costs from a supplier price list, and save a package.
Draft your first proposal from an address
From a typed address to a priced draft: the eight steps, placing panels on the roof, and Generate.
Read a bill or upload smart-meter data
Attach the customer’s bill for the AI to read, check its figures, or model the savings on a year of smart-meter data.
Draw the roof where there’s no roof data
Outline the roof faces yourself, with their pitch and direction, when the survey has no data for the building.
Send, follow up and track opens
Email the proposal or hand over the link, test it first, see who opened it, and get follow-up emails.
What your customer sees, and how they sign
The proposal page, choosing an option, signing on a phone, the cooling-off notice, and what happens after.
Variations and re-quotes
Fix a detail, re-quote on the same link, copy a system for a new customer, withdraw a proposal, or vary a signed job.
The job sheet and battery site plan
What the crew is handed: the job sheet, the single-line diagram, network and meter numbers, and the battery site plan.
Your team, roles, leads and the website lead form
Add people and choose their roles, decide whether reps quote, work your leads, and put a lead form on your website.
What these guides leave out.
These are built but not switched on yet, so the guides don’t tell you to use them. When one is switched on, its guide will say so.
Online sign-up
Until it opens, apply for early access and we set your company up with you.
PDF from the server
Attaching a PDF to the proposal email and the confirmation, and the job sheet’s Download PDF button. Today the customer’s page and the job sheet save as a PDF from the browser.
Site photos on the job sheet
Taking switchboard, meter, battery-spot and roof photos from the job sheet. Until then, the job sheet says “Site photos are not switched on yet.”
