Fill the facts, lock what the call promised, place the panels — the engine prices every line and Jouli writes the honest story around it.

The link signs in this one device and works once. No password to remember or lose.
The shared code is being retired. Sign in with your email once and you will not need it again.
Nothing here is optional. The email is how you send the proposal and how they sign it.
Place the panels on their real roof. A solar proposal that ships with no layout on it is one the customer sees before you do.
The count comes from the roof once you place the panels. Choose the panel yourself only if the customer asked for one by name.
Choose the battery and its size — there is no Auto on this one. And answer the roof question: their payback turns on it more than anything else on this page.
Both default to no, and nothing breaks if you never open this.
Every tick is a line the customer sees. If there is genuinely nothing, say so at the bottom — this link will not clear on its own.
Ticked items become priced line items on the proposal. Tick what this site needs — or say there is nothing, at the bottom.
What stays on in a blackout — one choice.
What the roof itself adds to the install.
tick only what this site needs, and hand one over free if it wins the job
Priced on this state’s own installer card, not the national one.
South Australia and Queensland each have their own site list
Run Price check with the address to load these — they are priced off the state's own installer rate sheet.
Leave it alone for our published price. Most jobs do.
Only for a real reason, and only ever one of them.
Yours to set: type the price in the price box below and the rest fills itself in — no reason needed. The floor still holds, so a price that leaves less than the job costs to do is refused rather than quietly applied.
The consultant name and the customer email are the two you cannot skip.

Every draft gets a private customer link. Refining keeps the same link and bumps the version — adjust anything above (or write the change in the story) and generate again.
What the crew is handed: the job sheet and the single line diagram for the same job, from the same design. One per proposal, live until it is signed — open it, check the version, print it.
Every signed job, its full payment ladder, and the certificates it will let us claim once installed. Only the 10% deposit is invoiced automatically, as a Xero draft — the 60% and 30% fall due on events a person confirms, so they stay manual.
Download as CSV — for reconciling against the bank feed.
Who closed what — counts, not dollars, because everyone from the owner to the crew can open this page. A signed job stays in the column for the week it was signed; if it later cancels or is refunded it moves across to Cancelled rather than disappearing. A variation after signature is not a second sale.
