Every component by make and model. If a line isn’t here, you’re not paying for it.

A battery provides blackout backup only when a backup circuit is included in this quote — without backup wiring it will not power your home during an outage. All components are current-generation stock; the exact model year is confirmed on your invoice and handover documents.
Rebates and incentives shown as their own lines — never blended into a “discounted” sticker price.
Scheduled changes worth knowing: solar STC deeming shrinks every 1 January, and the federal battery rate steps down on 1 January 2027. No countdown clocks from us — if a published rate changes before you decide, we simply re-quote at the real number, better or worse.
Real reviews, on the record — not a highlight reel.
Modelled honestly, with every assumption on the table — not a best-case brochure number.
Bills, payback, month by month and the air — each a model with every assumption printed, not a promise.
“25-year warranty” on a package usually describes one component. Here is each one.
| Component | Product warranty | Notes |

These warranties are in addition to, and do not exclude, your consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Manufacturer contact details for product-warranty claims are provided in your handover pack — and will run any claim for you either way. Expected service life: panels 25–30 years, inverters 10–15 years, LFP batteries 10+ years; at end of life we’ll point you to accredited recyclers for panels and batteries.
Every step from deposit to switch-on, with the timeframes we hold ourselves to.
will supply and install the system described in this proposal. The timeframes below are our typical experience, given as a guide so you know what to expect — they are indicative, not a promised completion date. Your confirmed installation date is set in writing once your stock has arrived and your installer is booked, and that written date is the one that counts.
Solar Victoria rebate timing. Where a Solar Victoria rebate or loan is on this proposal, we do not install before Solar Victoria has approved your application — a system installed before approval forfeits the rebate. The installation window above runs from that approval, not from your deposit.
Circumstances outside ’s control that may cause delays include, but are not limited to: network operator or energy distributor approval delays, extreme weather events preventing safe installation, supply chain disruptions affecting equipment availability, or customer-requested rescheduling or site access restrictions.
If any such circumstance causes a delay, will notify the customer in writing as soon as practicable and provide a revised estimated installation date.
Our offer to arrange connection. This system requires approval from your energy distributor for connection to the electricity network and/or reconfiguration of your meter. offers to arrange this approval process on your behalf as part of this proposal, at no additional charge to you.
Steps to obtain approval. The following steps are required to obtain grid connection approval and meter reconfiguration for your solar and battery system:
Export limits, curtailment and connectivity. Your distributor decides how much your system may export to the grid, and in some networks new inverters must be able to accept an emergency remote instruction to stop exporting (the “emergency backstop”) — a rare, short event used only to keep the network safe. An export limit or a backstop event affects only the feed-in credit you earn on surplus, not what the system generates for your own home or stores in your battery. The savings modelled in this proposal assume the standard export limit for your network. Your inverter and battery need an internet connection at the property for monitoring, warranty and (where required) backstop compliance; see the connectivity condition below.
Important notice regarding distributor charges. Your energy supplier (distributor and/or retailer) may impose a charge for connecting your system to the energy network and/or reconfiguring your electricity meter. These charges are imposed by the energy supplier and are not within ’s control. In addition, connecting a solar or battery system may result in changes to your existing energy pricing, tariff structure, or feed-in tariff arrangements. recommends you confirm current tariff and connection fee details directly with your energy retailer prior to proceeding.
If you prefer to manage the network connection approval process yourself, will support you through the required steps at no additional charge.
You pay in stages, against milestones. Nothing is due before the work behind it.
Payments are staged against the milestones below. The final payment is due only upon full completion of installation.

Your tax invoice repeats these same details, and nothing is payable before the milestone it belongs to. These are our only bank details, and we will never contact you to say they have changed. If you ever get a call, email or message giving different account details for — even one that looks like it came from us — do not pay it. Call us on and check first.
When you can walk away with a full refund, what cancelling costs, and who to call if we get it wrong.
45 — Site-specific design / performance estimate. If provides you with a site-specific installation design or performance estimate as an initial deliverable under the contract (rather than as part of the quote), you are entitled to terminate the contract and receive a full refund if, within 10 business days of receiving those materials, you notify that you do not accept them. Where site-specific design and performance estimates are provided at the quotation stage, this right does not apply.
46a — Significant design change. If proposes to significantly change the installation design from that previously provided to you (whether in the quote or as a first deliverable under the contract), and you are not willing to accept the change, you are entitled to terminate the contract and receive a full refund.
46b — Unforeseen site costs. If site conditions or circumstances beyond ’s control result in extra chargeable work not within the contract price, and is not willing to bear those additional costs, you are entitled to terminate the contract and receive a full refund.
47 — Failure to meet installation timeframe. If fails to meet the timeframe specified in this contract for delivery and installation of your system, you are entitled to terminate the contract and receive a full refund. This right does not apply if the delay was caused by circumstances identified in this contract as outside ’s control.
Grid approval we arranged. If undertook to arrange grid connection approval on your behalf and that approval is not obtained, you are entitled to terminate the contract and receive a full refund.
Grid approval you arranged. If you elected to obtain grid connection approval yourself and it is rejected after signing, you are entitled to terminate and receive a refund less ’s reasonable expenses actually incurred.
Owners corporation consent. If your owners corporation refuses consent for the installation, you are entitled to terminate with a full refund — and if any equipment was installed, removes it and restores the site at its own cost (unless warned you consent was required and you advised it had been obtained when it had not).
Cooling-off on unsolicited sales. If this agreement resulted from unsolicited contact (an uninvited call or door-knock), you may cancel within 10 business days under Australian Consumer Law without any cancellation fee. After a cooling-off period ends, cancellation fees apply only as specified in this contract and only to the extent they are reasonable and related to costs actually incurred.
New South Wales. Where this contract is for residential building work in NSW with a price over $20,000, you also have a 5-business-day cooling-off period from receiving a signed copy, under the Home Building Act 1989 — in addition to, not instead of, the rights above.
Clause numbers 45/46a/46b/47 refer to the New Energy Tech Consumer Code (September 2020). Under the amended Code authorised in August 2026 (in force from December 2026) the same rights appear as clauses 46–51 — your rights are unchanged.
Where a cancellation fee applies, it is itemised as follows:
This fee will only be charged to the extent of actual costs incurred and will not exceed % of the contract price. will provide a written itemised breakdown of costs upon request. All cancellation fees are reasonable and related to costs actually incurred by .
Any additional site-condition works required to complete the installation — including but not limited to switchboard upgrades, garage or carport compliance items (such as bollards or fire-rated barriers), extended cable runs, and trenching — will be identified at the site inspection and quoted to you in writing before any deposit is taken. No site-condition works, and no charges for such works, will be added on or after installation day. Site conditions that most commonly require extra work include: switchboard or meter-board upgrades, meter exchange by your retailer, pre-existing wiring faults, asbestos panels, off-peak load control devices, garage compliance items (bollards, fire-rated backing, plinths), long cable runs, and trenching to detached buildings. If a site condition that could not reasonably have been identified at the site inspection later results in extra chargeable work not within the contract price, your termination rights under clause 46b apply.
The government incentives quoted in this proposal assume that the specified hardware is listed on the relevant Clean Energy Regulator and Clean Energy Council registers of approved products at the time of installation. If a listing for any specified component lapses before your installation is completed, will offer you equivalent register-listed hardware at the same contract price, or a full refund of any monies paid.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Provider:
Warranty period: 5 years from the date of installation completion.
provides a 5-year whole-of-system warranty on the operation, performance, and workmanship of this New Energy Tech installation, including all system components — inverters, batteries, wiring, mounting structures, conduit, and commissioning works. This warranty meets or exceeds the minimum warranty period set by the NETCC Administrator for New Energy Tech installations.
On top of this, ’s own workmanship warranty runs for — see the warranty table above.
Unlike standard retailers who pass liability to subcontractors, acts as the primary guarantor for your installation quality. We warrant that the installation of your system will be free from defects in workmanship for the full warranty period.
What is covered under this warranty:
Our promise: If a defect arises due to poor workmanship during the warranty period, will arrange rectification at no cost to you. acts as the primary guarantor and will appoint a Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) accredited installer or electrician to rectify any covered defect, even if the original installer is unavailable or insolvent.
Your hardware is covered by the manufacturer product warranties listed in the warranty table in this proposal. will assist you in facilitating warranty claims with the relevant manufacturer, but the remedy under a product warranty is provided by the manufacturer.
(For solar panel warranties, refer to the panel manufacturer warranty documentation provided at installation.)
Please retain all warranty documentation provided at the time of installation. In the event of a product warranty claim, please contact first and we will assist in facilitating the process with the relevant manufacturer or supplier.
To maintain the health of your battery and the validity of the manufacturer's performance warranty, the system must maintain a continuous internet connection for remote firmware updates and cell balancing.
Warning: Disconnecting the system from the internet for a period exceeding hours prevents remote diagnostics and may void the manufacturer's performance warranty. If you experience connectivity issues, contact support immediately.
This workmanship warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
This warranty is valid provided:
The workmanship warranty is attached to the premises and transfers automatically to a new owner upon sale of the property. must be notified in writing of any change of ownership within 30 days of settlement. The new owner will need to provide their contact details and a copy of the settlement documentation to activate the warranty transfer.
If you suspect a fault with your system, do not attempt to fix it yourself. Follow these steps:
Warranty claims must be lodged within the warranty period. Claims submitted after the expiry of the warranty period will not be accepted under this warranty. Product warranty claims may still be available directly through the manufacturer after this period — refer to the manufacturer warranty documentation for details.
All installations are performed by or under the supervision of Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) accredited installers in compliance with:

The Solar STCs line above is not a gift from . Your system creates small-scale technology certificates under the Commonwealth Renewable Energy (Electricity) Act 2000, and the right to create them is yours. By accepting this proposal you assign that right to , and in exchange we credit the value of those certificates against your price up front, so you never have to register, trade or wait for them.
The number of certificates and the rate we credit you per certificate are both printed on the certificate line in the pricing above — not folded into a lump sum. Certificate prices move with the market: if the number changes before your installation is registered, we re-quote at the real figure in either direction. You are free to decline the assignment and create and sell the certificates yourself; the system price is then quoted without that credit.
The same applies to the battery certificates created under the federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program.
Cheaper Home Batteries Program — what the discount depends on. The federal battery discount on this proposal is delivered through those certificates, which creates and assigns after installation. In writing, so you have it:
To prepare this proposal we collect your name, contact details, installation address, and — where you give them to us — your electricity bills, which contain your NMI, your retailer and your usage history. We also hold the roof imagery and system design produced for your address.
We use it to design, quote, install and support your system, to claim the certificates and rebates listed above on your behalf, and to meet our record-keeping obligations under the schemes we claim from. We share it only with the parties who need it to do those things: your installer, the Clean Energy Regulator and Solar Victoria for rebate claims, your distributor for grid connection, and manufacturers where a warranty claim requires it. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to other retailers or lead brokers.
You can ask to see what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once our record-keeping obligations have run. Write to or call . If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
Raise it with us first, following the complaints handling procedure above (acknowledged within 1 business day, substantive response within 15 business days, final response within 25) — one procedure, stated once.
If we do not resolve it, you do not have to leave it there. You can escalate, free of charge, to:
Using any of these costs you nothing and does not affect your rights against us.
Rebate timing. Battery incentives under the federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program are calculated on your system's usable capacity at the scheme rate current on your installation date; the scheme's rates step down on 1 January 2027. If the published rate changes before your installation, re-quotes at the real number — in either direction.
